AN UPDATE ON COVID-19
With the ongoing restrictions and recent announcement from the Victorian Government on wearing face coverings when leaving home, our store has a number of measures in place for everyone’s ongoing safety including social distancing, enhanced cleaning and hygiene practices, and sanitization station at the front of the store. The health and safety of our customers, staff, and community remain our top priority.

Mobile phones, tablets, and laptops are an important and essential part of our daily life, whether it is for WORK FROM HOME or HOMESCHOOLING. At Cityphones we are open 7 days to provide all repair services for your device following the safety guidelines advised by the government. Our store remains open and we will continue to stand by the Australian community through this health crisis.
LIMITING NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS IN-STORE
As per the Government instructions, we have limited the number of customers in-store at any time. We encourage our customers to follow floor markings and social distancing while shopping and waiting at the checkout. We thank our customers for their understanding as we work through these challenging times together.
WEARING FACE COVERINGS IN THE STORE
The Victorian government has updated its advice on the use of face coverings. To ensure that we are following government guidelines, masks have become compulsory for our team members. we expect all customers to be wearing a face-covering in our store unless a lawful exception applies to you.
INSTALLATION OF PROTECTIVE SHIELD AT THE REGISTER
We have installed a protective glass screen on our reception and register area for the safety of the customers and staff. We have ensured that our team and customers feel safe as they come and shop.
ENHANCED CLEANING AND HYGIENE PRACTICES
At Cityphones we are using the best hygiene practices. We have installed a sanitization station at the front, should you need to sanitize your hands before and after visiting the store. We are cleaning our working tables and tools with the disinfectant, before and after every job. The device is cleaned with the alcohol wipe before and after every repair. All of our team uses disposable gloves while repairing the device and handling any other devices in-store. The sanitizer and other disinfectants are used whenever required.
REPAIR VIA POST SERVICE
If you are living far away or cannot come to the store to avoid, you can use our MAIL-IN SERVICE to get your device fixed. Cityphones post back your device on the same day at no additional cost.
EMAIL INVOICES INSTEAD OF PAPER RECEIPT
We have implemented the email invoices instead of the paper receipts as an additional safety measure. The customers can now have their invoice emailed to them in lieu of one printed on paper.
